- Abstract : In a time when the city of Macau is in such a lack resources, and the economy is starting to pick up once again, it is important to look and reflect on the complexity involved in Urban planning, specially the kind that deals with land reclamation. The work here presented was developed by Arata Isozaki & Associates for a site adjacent to Macau. It is a great example of a cultured and creative process pf making city: It is also a proof that what is to come can excel what was before, and that a promising future is in the hands of all those who take part in deciding.
