Abstract
Abstract : The purpose of this paper was to hypothesize the mediating impact of leadermember exchange (LMX) on the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and organizations located in Balochistan province , Pakistan. Hypothesized relationships were examined using partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling. Results indicated that EI was positively related to LMX, which in turn was positively related to organizational commitment. In addition, the results indicated that LMX fully mediated the relationship between EI and organizational commitment. Paragraph Headings: 1. Introduction 2. Conceptual background and hypotheses 2.1.
