- Abstract
- Abstract : With the coming of the aged society, dementia problems are frequently encountered in routine clinical practice. The correct diagnosis of dementia is, however, still a difficult condition for physicians not working in the field of dementia. Dementia of Lewy's bodies (DLB) characterized by progressive cognitive impairment with fluctuating course, recurrent visual hallucinations, and parkinsonism, is the second most common type of degenerative dementia in the elderly. For its newly emerging conception, the disease is not well known by the clinicians. Here we report two cases of dementia of Lewy's body diagnosed in CHCSJ Hospital in Macau and make a literature review. Paragraph Headings: 1. Cases 2. Discussion
