不同運動方式主觀疲勞感覺、心率與血乳酸的關係研究
English Abstract
Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate associations among ratings of perceived exertion (RPE), heart rates (HR) and blood lactic acid levels (BLa) according to the data recorded in three different kinds of cycling exercises, which are incremental cycling exercise, constant cycling exercise with workload of 60%HRmax and 80%HRmax. Methods: 42 male amateur athletes were recruited for this study, all of whom were in good health and attended this research voluntarily. Their age was 19.98 ± 2.35 yr, height was 1.75 ± 0.55 m, weight was 68.66 ± 11.08 kg, and training years were 4.18 ± 3.01 yr. Each participant performed three kinds of cycling exercises - incremental cycling exercise until the subjects can’t keep up with the workloads, 40 minutes of constant cycling exercises with respective workload of 60%HRmax and 80%HRmax. The concentrations of blood lactic acid, Borg 20-point RPE scales and heart rate responses were recorded before the exercise and every 3 minutes during the exercise. Results: 1. Correlation coefficients among RPE, HR and BLa were 0.81 to 0.89 (p < 0.01) during incremental cycling exercise. HR and RPE showed low-medium positive correlation (r = 0.19 – 0.61) in the low-intensity constant cycling exercise (the workload was 60%HRmax), and the correlation coefficients between HR and Bla were 0.19 – 0.34 (p < 0.01). That the correlation between BLa and HR was unstable suggests RPE can’t reflect the fluctuation in a relatively stable state. During the medium-intensity constant cycling exercise (80%HRmax workload) the correlation coefficients between RPE and HR were 0.40 – 0.88 (p < 0.01), the correlation coefficients between RPE and BLa were 0.52 – 0.69 (p < 0.01), the correlation coefficients between HR and BLa were 0.37 – 0.72 (p < 0.01). It suggests RPE can reflect the fluctuation in this state well. 2. v HR can be used to predict RPE during incremental cycling exercise and medium-intensity constant cycling exercise, 77% – 80% of the variance can be explained by the regression equation. 3. BLa can be regressed by RPE during incremental cycling exercise, and 65% of the variance can be explained by the regression equation. BLa can also be regressed by HR during medium-intensity constant cycling exercise, 49% of the variance can be explained by the regression equation, and when added in HR or RPE to the equation, 2% – 4% additional variance could be explained. Conclusion: RPE can’t reflect the fluctuation in a relatively stable state as the low-intensity constant cycling exercise. RPE, HR and BLa are significantly related with each other during incremental cycling exercise and medium-intensity constant cycling exercise, also RPE can reflect the exercise intensity and BLa levels well. RPE or both RPE and HR can be used to predict BLa during incremental cycling exercise and medium-intensity constant cycling exercise.

研究目的:本研究旨在透過測定遞增負荷、60% 最大心率及 80% 最大心率所對 應的功率三種單車運動負荷時主觀疲勞感覺等級值 (RPE)、心率 (HR)、血乳酸水 平 (BLa) 的變化,探討遞增負荷和中小強度的恒定負荷的運動時 RPE、HR 和 BLa 的相關關係。 研究方法:研究對象為 42 名參與業餘訓練的運動員,身體健康,自願參與本研 究。年齡為 19.98 ± 2.35 歲,身高為 1.75 ± 0.55 米,體重為 68.66 ± 11.08 公斤, 訓練年限為 4.18 ± 3.01 年。研究對象分別完成逐級遞增負荷至疲勞、60% 最大心 率所對應的負荷 40 分鐘和 80% 最大心率所對應的負荷至疲勞,在運動前、運動 每 3 分鐘測定 RPE 等級值、HR 和 BLa 值。 研究結果:1. 遞增負荷運動時,RPE 等級值、HR 和 BLa 值相關係數為為 0.81 ~ 0.89 (p < 0.01);低強度 (60%最大心率所對應的恒定負荷) 持續運動時,HR與 RPE等級值呈中低度正相關 (r = 0.19 ~ 0.61),與 BLa 值相關係數為 0.19 ~ 0.34 (p < 0.01),BLa 值和 HR 之間相關關係不穩定,RPE 不能很好地反映相對穩定狀態 的起伏變化;中等強度 (80%最大心率所對應的恒定負荷) 持續運動時,RPE 和 HR 相關係數為 0.40 ~ 0.88 (p < 0.01),RPE 和 BLa 相關係數為 0.52 ~ 0.69 (p < 0.01),HR 和 BLa 相關關係為 0.37 ~ 0.72 (p < 0.01),RPE 能夠較好地反映狀態 的變化;2. 遞增負荷運動及中等強度的持續運動時,可使用 HR 預測 RPE,預 測公式可解釋 77% ~ 80% 的 RPE 變異度;3. 遞增負荷運動時,RPE 預測血乳 酸的回歸方程可解釋其 65% 的變異度,中等強度的持續運動時,HR 預測 BLa 的回歸方程可解釋其 49% 的變異度,加入 HR 或者 RPE 後,BLa 的回歸方程 可補充解釋 2% - 4% 的 BLa 變異度。 結論:低強度的功率車持續運動負荷時,RPE 不能很好地反映相對穩定狀態的起 伏;遞增負荷和中等強度的持續運動負荷時,RPE、心率及血乳酸之間存在著顯著 iii 的中高度相關,PRE 值可有效地反映運動強度和血乳酸水平;遞增負荷和中等強 度的持續運動負荷時,可用根據資源和需要,使用 RPE 或 RPE 和 HR 來預測 BLa 水平。 關鍵字:遞增負荷運動實驗,恒定工作負荷,主觀疲勞感覺,心率,血乳酸
