澳門幼兒教師的體能教學方法之調查研究
English Abstract
The study was to investigate the current situation in teaching styles of preschool physical teachers in Macau and to explore the situation and tendency of physical teaching in teachers from different background. Questionnaire survey was used in this study. Head teachers who are physical teachers as well and the specialized physical teachers from public and private kindergartens were selected as sampling. Using the method of stratified multistage sampling, participants were investigated with 「Questionnaire of physical education instruction of preschool teachers in Macau」, the questionnaire built according to the theory of the Mosston’s Spectrum of Teaching Styles. There were 336 valid questionnaires after deducting the invalid ones. Item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, one-way ANOVA and correlation analysis were conducted and the results showed as following: 1. In the eleven instructional methods of the Mosston’s Spectrum of Teaching Styles, only the scores of Learner-Designed Individual Program, Learner-Initiated, Reciprocal, Self-Check, Self-Teaching were lower than the overall scoring while the other six ones were above overall scoring. Among them, Command ranked first, followed by Practice. Self-Teaching is the one with lowest score. iv 2. Background variables were significant different in the eleven teaching styles: age was significant different in Practice, Convergent Discovery and Divergent Discovery; age and length of service were significant different in Command, Reciprocal and Guided Discovery. The length of physical class was significant different in Command,Guided Discovery,Convergent Discovery, Divergent Discovery, Learner-Designed Individual Program, Learner-Initiated, Self- Teaching styles. Highest qualification and the class size were significant different in Reciprocal. Gender, professional background, class number per grade were significant different in Self-Check and the class number per grade was significant different in Learner-Designed Individual Program and Self-Teaching. The physical classes number was significant different in Command, Reciprocal, Self-Check, Self-Teaching styles. 3. Present post was significant different in Reciprocal and Learner-Initiated styles: preschool specialized physical teachers and physical relevant interest-oriented class teachers were scoring highest in Reciprocal and Learner-Initiated styles.

本研究主要目的在瞭解現在澳門幼兒教師體能教學方法的狀況,探討和分析不同 背景的澳門幼兒教師的體能教學情況及其傾向。 本研究使用問卷調查法,以澳門各公、私立幼稚園的班主任兼任體能教學及體能 專科教師作為調查對象。根據 Mosston 教學光譜理論,建立「澳門幼兒教師體能教學方 式調查問卷」,並以此為研究工具﹔以分層抽樣方式發出問卷,除去無效問卷,共得 有效問卷 336 份。所得資料經項目分析、因素分析與信度分析、描述統計分析、單因 子變異數分析及相關分析處理後,結果發現: 一、 Mosston 的十一式教學光譜中,只有設計式、創造式、互惠式、自測式、自 教式這五種教學方式的得分低於總體得分,其他六項教學方式得分皆高於總體得 分。其中,命令式得分最高,其次是練習式,得分最低的為自教式。 二、 不同背景變項的澳門幼兒教師在十一項教學方式上有顯著差異。年齡在練 習式、集中式和擴散式達顯著差異。年齡和服務年資在命令式、互惠式和引導式 達顯著差異。每節體能堂時數在命令式、引導式、集中式、擴散式、設計式、創 造式、自教式達顯著差異。最高學歷、班級幼兒人數在互惠式達顯著差異。性別、 專業背景、每級班數在自測式達顯著差異。每級班數在設計式和自教式達顯著差 異。每週體能堂堂數在命令式、互惠式、自測式和自教式達顯著差異。 三、 現任職務在互惠式和創造式達顯著差異。同時任職專科教體育和體能相關興 趣班的幼兒教師在互惠式和創造式的得分最高。
