Abstract The writing of this paper originated from the difference between Language Community and Speech Community. However, there is no distinction between Language Community and Speech Community in China, and there is conceptual confusion and mixed use of names. The term Language Community has not been use din China to study the concept of Language Community nor the study of the relationship between Language Community and Speech Community. This paper uses the literature research method, quantitative and qualitative combination research method and empirical research method. The theoretical background framework is based on the Theory of Speech Community, with the Theory of Language Ecology , the Interdisciplinary Theory and the Combination Theory as the support. Based on the observation of the facts of language life and the analysis of the facts of the literature materials, this paper examines the actual use of five keywords "Speech Community" "Language Community" "Linguistic Community"“語言社區”“言語社區” in the literature obtained from 30 Cross-Database and focuses on resource imbalance between databases and the overlap of results. It demonstrates the importance of the perspective of Cross-Database analysis and integration of data while encouraging the penetration and dissemination of academic influences that comply with citation specifications. Furthermore, through the unified model, the definitions and viewpoints of the concepts corresponding to the Typology of Speech Community and Language Community are extracted. The relationship between the different names of the corresponding concepts in different research types is finally clarified. The method of defining the types of research proposed or verified in this paper is used to obtain the verified results. Regardless of which of the above types of research has a literature basis, there is a list of factuality of linguistic materials. The relevant features are also based on factual literature. This paper confirms that Speech Community was proposed in 1933, Linguictic Community was used in 1962, and Language Community began to be used after the21st century. These concepts are long-standing in sociolinguistic research. By comparing with the characteristics of Speech Community, this paper summarizes the characteristics of Language Community and Linguistic Community, proposes definition methods of Language Community and Linguistic Community, and supplements the research on Language Community and Linguistic Community in the domestic research. Linguistic Community and Language Community are the same type, unlike Speech Community, it is a "cultural community" with " higher characteristics. Linguistic Community and Language Community affect the specific Speech Communities under the influence of the culture. The Typology of Speech Community and Language Community is conducive to stability and harmony. It is also conducive to establishing and highlighting the core cultural connotation and building an inclusive and safe environment of language life.

本文寫作緣起於語言社區和言語社區本是不同概念，但在國内尚不區分語言社區和言語社區，存在概念上的混淆以及名稱上的混用。國内尚未有使用語言社區這個名稱來研究語言社區概念的文獻，亦尚未有使用語言社區概念來研究語言社區和言語社區關係的文獻。 本文使用文獻研究法、定量與定性相結合研究方法、實證研究方法，理論背景框架是以言語社區理論為主要核心理論，以語言生態理論、學科交叉理論、組合理論為依託的理論背景體系。 在 30 個數據庫檢索取得的文獻中考察和統計了五個關鍵詞“Speech Community"(“言語社區”)、“Language Community"(“語言社區”)、“Linguistic Community”(“語言的社區”)、“言語社區”和“語言社區”的使用情况，關注了數據庫之間資源不均衡現象及重合現象。進而通過統一的模式提取整理了言語社區、語言社區、語言的社區概念的定義和觀點，最終釐清了不同概念對應不同名稱的關係。運用本文提出並驗證的幾個概念的界定方法，在實例研究中亦得到一致的驗證結果。以上定義研究和實例研究都依託文獻具有對語言事實的羅列，得到的相關特征也是基於事實性文獻内容。 經過本文研究，確定了從 1933 年提出言語社區概念，到 1962 年開始將語言的社區概念單獨使用，再到 21 世紀後對語言社區概念的運用，這些概念都是在社會語言實踐中長期存在的。通過對比言語社區特征，歸納出了語言社區特征，提出了語言社區的界定方法，補充了國内研究文獻對語言社區的研究，語言社區暨語言的社區是不同於言語社區的、具有“更高”特征的文化社區，統領受到其文化影響下具體的言語社區，對内有利於組織協調言語社區的穩定與和諧，對外有利於樹立和彰顯核心文化內涵的形象與名片，構建包容的、安全的語言生活環境。
