When one travels across different virtual worlds, one may have to obey the local ethical norms of the specified virtual worlds for the sustainable development. Otherwise, the corresponding punishment will be followed for handling the violations. The objective of this thesis is to create a mechanism to automatically conduct behaviour evaluation and violation handling for heterogeneous virtual worlds designed in Virtual Net. Additionally, the use case evaluation is engaged in this paper to test the usability of this mechanism when stimulated by user's action in different virtual worlds. The effective and efficient handling the ethical violation in various virtual worlds is the most significant objective of this research.
