People are still using the old way to run the supply chain, in which the information flows are delayed, so a new supply chain with internet need to be established using supply-demand matching algorithms or technology to build an information system for the industry. Through field investigation In this thesis I will obtain the information flow among flower grower, wholesalers, flower shops through field investigation，and establish a mathematical model. Second, provide speedy information communication among bidders, through field investigation and flower shops. Third, implement an information flow system in which all parts can lower the risk and optimize purchasing and stocking policy.
