本澳初中學生的心理健康 : 教師觀點之質性研究

English Abstract

This Study aimed to investigate Macau junior high school students’ mental health through teachers’ preception, the factors that influence junior high school students’ mental health, the responsibility for teacher to handle students’ mental health problem, and the suggestions that can improve the students’mental health from teacher. Data was collected form in-depth interview and concluded the main theme by analyzing the data. The research participants of the study are 2 male teachers and 3 female teachers conveniently selected from Macau junior high school. The result showed that most of Macau junior high school students were lack of self-awareness, had low resilience, learing difficulty, poor interpersonal relationships, lacked of life planning and have emotional problems.The most common problem was having low educational motivation. Family, peer and society were the main factors that influenced students’mental health. Teachers usually think that they are responsible for handle students’ mental health problem so that they will resolve the problem III by themselves. Teachers suggested increasing the school and social source to enhance students’ mental health. Keywords: Mental health, affect factors, Macau Teacher, junior high school students

Chinese Abstract

本研究的主要目的在於透過中學教師來了解現時本澳初中學生的心理健康狀 況,影響初中學生心理健康的因素,教師認為自身在處理初中學生心理健康問題上 有何職責,以及教師們對強化初中學生心理健康的建議。研究方法主要是以質性研 究方法中的深度訪談對受訪者收集資料,並把訪談的內容整理,歸納出核心的主題。 本研究的主要對象為澳門任教初一至初三日間課程的 5 位教師,其中 2 名是男教 師,3 名是女教師。 本研究結果發現澳門的初中學生大多出現自我認識不足、抗逆力低、學業困 擾、人際關係差、缺乏人生規劃和情緒困擾的問題。最普遍的問題是缺乏學習動 機;而影響他們心理健康的因素包括家庭因素、朋輩影響和社會因素;受訪教師 認為自身有責任處理初中學生心理健康問題,所以普遍會採用自己跟進的方式; 在強化初中學生心理健康的建議上,受訪教師認為可透過增設學校和社會資源兩 大方面入手。
