After been through the 2008 year’s Financial Crisis and a series of crisis like: the European Crisis and Monetary War in recent years, China begin to realize that the single pole monetary system is based on dollar is no longer reliable. Actually, about the RMB’s internationalization was discussed by many Chinese scholars from the 80s in last century, different scholars focus on different aspects and they got different but valuable view. This article will focus on the perspectives of circulation of RMB which is the most problem was talked and thought that the biggest reason prevent RMB’s Internationalization. Also, we will think about the divergence on the RMB’s internationalization from different scholars to analysis RMB’s reality of current situation. Further, basing on the arguments below, especially the options on RMB’s Internationalization’s path in Chinese scholar’s eyes, Chinese government’s attitude on the control of finance and strategy choice are worth to be discussed.
