9/11 terrorist attack shocked the world. Currently, international terrorism has risen from untraditional threats up to international public threats. To prevent and contain terrorism has become a new important subject which is faced by the security strategy of many countries in the international society. As time passed, what we have learned from bitter experiences is that people are exploring the deep roots of international terrorism; thinking about good methods to struggle with the international terrorism; analyzing the farreaching impacts of international terrorism on international politics, economics and security; finding the approaches to restrict and reduce the hazards on World. Nowadays, anti-terrorism has become the prime task of states in maintaining state security. While the international society is increasingly concerned about international terrorism, it positively seeks to cooperate in defending itself against international terrorism. The measures for resisting international terrorism are still difficult to show the effects due to the lack of consistent intelligence and understandings about international terrorism, the same as about anti-terrorism struggles. As international terrorism is more and more rampant with its ever increasing scale and destructiveness, more and more countries begin to realize its nature and serious harm to world peace and security and they react collectively for common solutions.
