創傷性事件遭遇者心理位移書寫文本之字詞分析

This research employed the software of LIWC to analyze the words of people who suffered from a traumatic events by the way of Psychological Displacement Paradigm in Diary-writing (PDPD). The purpose of this research was to explore the differences of the writing features in the process of wording transformation from "I", "you" or "he/she" to "I" again. Four questions were focused on in this study: First, the differences of high frequency words in the process of wording transformation; Second, the differences of physiological and psychological words in the process of wording transformation; Third, the differences of grammatical words in the process of wording transformation; Fourth, the differences of personal pronouns in the process of wording transformation. There were 21 different kinds of diaries collected back by the way of PDPD and all the materials were from 15 students who were willing to participant in this study. It was analyzed and discussed in this study according to high frequency, physiological and psychology words, grammatical words and personal pronouns. Based on the analysis of high frequency words, some traumatic events can be traced back to original family and the relationship with parents. When the writing turned back to "I", "however" appeared more frequently. It was indicated that the PDPD came into effect. In the first person words like "I", the writers focused more on themselves and seldom mentioned others. Physiological and psychology words indicate that When the writing turned back to "you", people mention more social relations, it seems that they are complain about the environment. Grammatical words show that adverbs is different between four person. Personal pronoun indicate that when the writing turned back to "I" again, people focus on themselves and reduced complain. There exist difference between the way of writing from memory and writing from the current life. We chould make good use of them differently.

本文利用LIWC等文本分析工具,對於創傷性事件遭遇者進行心理位移書寫文本之字詞分析。研究目的在於探索創傷性事件遭遇者于心理位移書寫法四個位格的書寫特性,在四個位格之間的字詞的差異。具體包括四個問題:一、心理位移書寫法不同位格高頻詞的差異;二、心理位移書寫法不同位格身心歷程詞彙的差異;三、心理位移書寫法不同位格語文特性詞的差異;四、心理位移書寫法不同位格人稱代詞的差異。 本研究資料來源於15位華人大學生(包括研究生)進行創傷性事件心理位移的日記書寫,共收集到21篇不同主題的記述創傷性事件的心理位移日記。 研究結果顯示: 本研究對於字詞範疇進行更詳盡的劃分,依據高頻詞、身心歷程詞、語文特性詞、人稱代詞等四個維度展開資料分析和討論。根據高頻詞分析我們可以將很多創傷性事件追溯到當事者的原生家庭,回歸到和父母的關係上面;再回到我的位格,出現了高頻詞“但是”,透過內容我們瞭解到心理位移書寫法起到了療效。身心歷程詞顯示在你的位格書寫者把創傷做被社會關係中的人做鏈接,在埋怨周圍的環境。語文特性詞表明位格間的差異在表徵程度的副詞上顯著。人稱代詞表明再回到我以後,更加客觀的聚焦于自己及問題解決,減少了抱怨。回溯式的書寫方式和對當下事件的書寫試用場景及效果存在差異,在輔導當中應該有區別的應用。
