融合教育在澳門學校推行之個案研究 : 基於教育變革的視角

English Abstract

This study attempts to explore the current situation and factors affecting the implementation of inclusive education in Macau. The education policy was examined in a school as a case study to see how the policy was being implemented and what were the difficulties encountered by the school in the process of implementation. The research methods adopted in this study included documentary studies and interviews. The findings of the study suggest that the Government of Macau has developed some training programs and diversified workshops to enhance the professional competencies of teachers in the area of inclusive education. More importantly, there are new initiatives from 2015. This study has made contributions to the literature of change and discussed the important roles played by schoolmasters, teachers and parents respectively in effective implementation of inclusive education in the context of Macau. While reporting the difficulties they encountered, the interviewees also held the views that the Macau Government could assist them in many ways in overcoming their implementation obstacles in school. Suggestions are thus made to improve the implementation of inclusive education in Macau.

Chinese Abstract

本研究旨在探討融合教育在澳門實施的情況及影響實施的因素。研究透過 澳門一間私立學校作個案研究,看澳門融合教育政策的具體落實情況,了解目 前的現況和教師在學校內教學的情況和困難。本研究除了整理相關文獻資料外, 還採用了訪談的方式,通過與訪談者,即學校的校長、主任、教師和家長的深 入訪談,進一步了解澳門學校實施融合教育的情況。通過研究顯示,特別行政 區政府為落實融合教育,不斷的開展培訓工作和各類工作坊,2015 年也開始修 訂相關政策。從個案研究顯示出校長、教師和家長在實施融合教育當中的重要 性,雖然融合教育在學校實施情況相較以前有了不錯的進步,但是依然存在許 多困難,皆期望政府採取更多的支援以幫助學校的推行。最後本研究就相關方 面提出建議。 關鍵字:融合教育 態度 教育變革
