中國腫瘤 miRNA 研究指南 : 基於文獻計量學的分析

English Abstract

Background: miRNA contribute to tumor formation, development and progression. In recent years, the miRNA have become an international hot-spot subject in biotechnological research in terms of tumor. China in this field of research is a big country, but miRNA research is still in its infancy. We know miRNA is not deep, especially when the researchers intend to start research, they often require a navigator to help find partners. Objective: To visually presented miRNA oncology research collaboration network relationships in China; To identify the distribution of core research efforts, as well as the strengths of different clusters. Methods: China co-author article as a starting point, the collection indexed by SCI journal articles on cancer research in the field of miRNA. Study of the institution‘s point of view, combining bibliometrics analysis and social network analysis. The cooperation between the institutions was visual network map out, and then further explore the core of information through the network analysis methods. For network clusters, cluster core keyword tagging study to explore the topic. Results: 1200 articles retrieved from the WoS database. Articles After integration, China 414 institutions were extracted. China has a 8739 inter-instutions cooperation frequency, accounting for up to 90.4%; Cooperation concentrated in four regions, accounting for up to 48 percent. Zhongshan University, Nanjing Medical University, Tianjin Medical University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Fudan University is the core institutions; Chinese mainland institutions R&D model does not rely on cooperation with external institutions; China conduct of research confined universities, hospitals, research institutions, government; Cooperative behavior among Hong Kong can act as an important role.

背景:研究發現 miRNA 廣泛參與人類的生理和病理活動,在腫瘤的發生、 發展過程發揮類似於抑癌基因和致癌基因的功能,使人們關注其在診斷及治療 方面的潛在作用。中國是這領域研究的大國,可是 miRNA 研究還處於起步階 段,大家對此認識並不深,特別有意展開相關研究時,往往需要一個指南了解 概況,以助尋找合作夥伴。 目的:視覺化呈現中國地區腫瘤領域 miRNA 研究合作關係的概況,找出核 心研究力量的分布,及不同集群的研究方向。 方法:以中國作者合著文章為切入點,收集最近 5 年被 SCI 期刊所收錄的 關於腫瘤領域 miRNA 研究的文章,以作者所在機構的角度,結合文獻計量分 析法和社會網絡分析法,把中國地區內機構間的合作關係以合作網絡圖呈視出 來,再進一步以網絡分析的方法挖掘核心資訊。針對網絡中集群,探尋集群核 心關鍵詞字以標註研究主題。 結果:從 WOS 數據庫中共檢索獲得文章 1200 篇,經整理後提取得到中國 大陸機構 414 個。機構間合作中國有 8739 頻次,占比高達 90.4%;研究集中在 4 個地區,占比達 48%。中山大學、南京醫科大學、天津醫科大學、上海交通 大學和復旦大學是核心機構;中國大陸機構研發模式不依賴於與外部機構合作; 中國研究行為局限在大學、醫院、政府研發機構等;香港在合作當中可以充當 重要的角色。
