In this paper, the author makes a detailed description of Wenchang Putonghua variant and summed up the tone, consonant and vowel features. The voice features of Wenchang Putonghua variant can be summed up as “absolutely follow the dialect” and “directional transformed”. “Absolutely follow the dialect” means that every tone, consonant and vowel in Wenchang Putonghua variant has followed the pronunciation of Wenchang dialect. “Directional transformed” refers to the tone, consonants and vowels are transformed to certain rules, not random changes. Finally, in combination with characteristics of Taixing Putonghua variant, the author summarized the characteristics of Putonghua variant, concluding that people had not received professional Putonghua education in the dialect area can speak Putonghua variant mainly due to the existence of correspondence between dialect and Putonghua with two principles that are “absolutely follow” and “directional transform”. Wenchang Putonghua variant affected by the modulation method of Wenchang dialect and result in a tone sandhi, reflecting the localization and regionalization of Putonghua variants, and also people’s identity to Putonghua and Chinese cultural.

本文 對 文昌 普 通話 變體 進 行了 詳 細的 描寫，總 結 了 文昌 普 通話 變 體的 聲 調、聲 母 和 韻母 特 征，并 將 文 昌普 通 話變 體 的語 音特 點 總結 為 “沿 用 的絕 對 性” 和“ 轉 化的 方 向性 ”，沿 用的 絕 對性 指 普通 話 變體 的每 一 個聲 調、聲 母和 韻 母都 有 沿用 方言 語 音的 情 況，“轉 化 的方 向 性” 指 聲調、聲母 和 韻母 的 轉化 都 遵循 一定 的 規律，不是 隨 機的 變 化。 最後 結 合泰 興 普通 話 變 體 的語 音 特點，對普 通 話變 體 的特 點進 行 了歸 納與 總 結，將 方言 區 人在 沒 有接 受 過專 門的 普 通話 教 育情 況下 掌 握普 通話 的 語言 因 素歸 結為 方 言與 普 通話 之間 存 在對 應 關係，其中 “ 沿用 的 絕 對 性 ” 和 “ 轉 化 的 方 向 性 ” 則 是 方 言 向 普 通 話 轉 化 時 遵 循 的 兩 大原 則。文 昌 普通 話 變體 受 到方 言 的變 調方 式 影響，產生 了 連讀 變 調， 體現 了 普通 話 變體 本地 化、區域 化 的 特點，同 時也 是 發 音人 對 普通 話 變體 的 認同 和 對中 華民 族 文化 認 同的 體現 。
