The human beings are in “the second media age” named by Mark Poster. Undoubtedly, the rapid development of internet technology wins the most attention in this era. It is not difficult to draw a conclusion when we look back the road of writings thousands years ago that when the writing media changed, a literary revolution occurred. For example, the birth of modern journals, magazines, books in the last century gave rise to the new culture movement and gave birth to the Chinese Modern Literature. The new internet media which enters the new century is stronger than the modern media or journals. The amount of words posted on the internet is unimaginable for the ancient and modern books, journals, magazines or newspapers bearing two thousand years. So in the internet age, we who take literature/ words study as our own duty cannot miss the Network Literature. Thanks to the important property of replicability to a great extent, network literature makes the big success. The purpose of this paper aims to prove that it is legal to use this attribute in the network literature from the angle of replicability. I want to try to elaborate this problem from the following dimensions: In the introduction, I will discuss it from the rationality of the name of “Network Literature”, then present the road of network literature more than ten years. After that, I will draw out my research perspective: art is just repetition. Finally, my research task is to testify its rationality. The first chapter embarks from copying “the reality" to seek its legitimacy. In the second chapter, I will turn to the view of duplicating the traditional works to find its rationality. In the third chapter, I will investigate the phenomenon of network literature's self-duplication in the context of post-modern culture to study its validity. In the end part, I choose to summarize the three ways above to copy, then on this basis, forecast the future of network literature with a bold hand and how to get along with the traditional literature, and so on. The replicability of network literature is always criticized by most critics and readers, but I argue that the replicability also delivers positive energy, therefore, it is legal to use it in the network writtings. 人類正處於馬克·波斯特所謂的“第二媒介時代”，網络技術的迅猛發展無疑是這一時代最為矚目的焦點。回首千百年的寫作之路不難得出這樣一個結論:每當寫作载體變更時，隨之而來的將是一場文學革命。比如上個世紀現代期刊、雜志、圖書等新媒體的誕生就直接誘發了一場“五四”新文化運動，催生了中國現代文學。進入新世纪的網络新媒體來势比現代雜志、期刊更甚，單看最近十年在網絡上發布的文字量就是古代線装書與現代圖書、期刊、雜志、報紙等媒介兩千多年承載之數總和所無法比擬的。故湮沒於網絡時代以文學、文字研究為己任的我們，網絡寫作始終是一個無法繞開的存在。網絡作品無法窮盡的“豐功偉績”很大程度上得益於一個重要屬性--複製性。本文旨在從複製性的角度切入以證明這種屬性在網絡寫作中的應用合法，當試從以下幾個層面予以闡述: 緒論中意從“網絡寫作”命名的合法性展開討論，進而介紹十幾年的網絡寫作路程，繼之引出我的研究角度--“藝術不過是重複”，最後即 是我的論文任務:證明合法。 第一章從網絡寫作複製“現實”出發，尋找它的合法性； 第二章將轉向網絡寫作複製傳统寫作的視角，探查它的合法性； 第三章則置身於後現代文化語境場中考察網絡寫作的自我複製現象，研究它的合法性。 結語中將對以上三種複製方式進行總結，在此基礎上大膽地預測網絡寫作後來走向如何，以及與傳统寫作如何相處等等。 網絡寫作的複製性一直為大多數評論家和讀者所詬病，但是筆者卻認為它的複製性傳遞了正能量，它在網絡寫作中是合法的。賴皮地引用黑格爾的話:“存在即合理”。 關鍵詞:網絡寫作 複製性 现實 後现代 合法性
