中國山東省與澳門高中籃球選手知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力、選手滿意度關係之研究

English Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship of coaches' leadership behavior, team cohesion, and the athlete’s satisfaction between Shandong province of China and Macao high school basketball player’s perception, moreover, the differences in the perception of leadership behavior, team cohesion and athlete’s satisfaction degree are also discussed in this study.The predictions for the coach leadership behavior, team coherence and team members’ satisfaction are aslo probed into. This study is on the basis of The Leadership Scale for Sports, Revised Group Environment Questionnaire, Athlete Satisfaction Questionnaire. Totally 220 players were researched in the investigation including 7 high school of highly basketball development in Zibo of Shandong province and last eight teams of 2011-2012 "academic" basketball game Group A in Macao. The collected data were dealing with descriptive statistics, independent sample t - test, one - way ANOVA, Schffe Method, Pearson product moment - the correlation. Come to the conclusion as follows: First, in refers to high school basketball players in Shandong province of China and Macao, the highest score on the leadership behavior for sports is the training behavior, following as the instruction behavior, the democratic behavior and the reward behavior. The highest score on team cohesion is ATG - S, then GI-T, GI-S and ATG- T as follows. The satisfaction with sports teams reached the highest score inathlete’s satisfaction degree, the personal level of overall performance, overall leadership coach are followed. Second, the leadership behavior for sports in Shandong province and Macao high school basketball players have significant difference existing in the different time joining the school team, the different individual highest athletic achievements, and the best score in different match. Third, team cohesion in Shandong province and Macao high school basketball players differs in the different individual highest athletic achievements, the best score in different match, and the different attack position. Fourth, athlete’s satisfaction degree inShandong province and Macao high school basketball players is engaged in the different basketball training time. Fifth, the different time joining the school team, the different individual highest athletic achievements, the best score in different match, and the different attack position are all exist differences. Six, on the relationship between leadership behaviors and team cohesion, there are differences between the leadership behavior for sports and team cohesion in Shandong province and Macao high school basketball players have significant differences in all aspects. Seven, on the relationship between leadership behaviors and athlete’s satisfaction degree, there are differences between the leadership behavior for sports and athlete’s satisfaction degree in Shandong province and Macao high school basketball players have iv significant differences in all aspects.Finally, on the relationship between team cohesion and athlete’s satisfaction degree, there are differences between the team cohesion and athlete’s satisfaction degree in Shandong province and Macao high school basketball players have significant differences in all aspects. Eight,on the relationship between team cohesion and athlete’s satisfaction degree, there are differences between the leadership behavior for sports and athlete’s satisfaction degree in Shandong province and Macao high school basketball players have significant differences in all aspects. Nine,the democratic behavior and ATG- Tcan effectively predict the satisfaction degreeofoverall leadership coach.the training behavior ,GI-S, ATG- T and the instruction behaviorcan effectively predict the satisfaction degreeof the satisfaction with sports teams.the training behavior ,GI-S and the democratic behavior can effectively predict the satisfaction degreeof the personal level of overall performance.

Chinese Abstract

本研究主要目的在了解中國山東省與澳門高中籃球選手知覺教練領導行為與團 隊凝聚力、選手滿意度之關係,不同背景變項中國山東省與澳門高中籃球選手在知 覺領導行為、團隊凝聚力、選手滿意度之差異情形,及知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝 聚力各個層面對選手滿意度是否有效預測。 本研究以「知覺教練領導行為量表」、「群體環境問卷」、「選手滿意度量表」 為研究工具,針對山東省以淄博市為代表的7所高中以及澳門特別行政區2011-2012 年度「學界」籃球比賽A組八強球隊,共計220名球員進行調查。得出結論如下: 一、 中國山東省與澳門高中籃球選手,整體上在知覺教練領導行為得分最高的 是「訓練行為」,其次從大到小分別為「指導行為」、「民主行為」、「獎勵行為」。 整體上團隊凝聚力得分最高的是「群體社交吸引」,其次由大到小分別是「群 體任務一致性」、「群體社交一致性」、「群體任務吸引」。整體上滿意度得 分最高的是「運動團隊滿意度程度」,其次由大到小分別是「個人整體表現程 度」、「教練整體領導行為」。且中國山東省高中籃球選手在知覺教練領導行 為、團隊凝聚力、選手滿意度上都高於澳門高中籃球選手。 二、 中國山東省與澳門高中籃球選手知覺教練領導行為在「不同進入校隊時間」、 「不同個人最高運動成就」、「不同比賽最好成績」上均有顯著差異。 三、 中國山東省與澳門高中籃球選手的團隊凝聚力在「不同個人最高運動成就」、 「不同比賽最好成績」、「不同進攻位置」上均有顯著差異。 四、 中國山東省與澳門高中籃球選手滿意度在「從事不同籃球訓練時間」、「不 同進入該隊時間」、「不同個人最高運動成就」、「不同比賽最好成績」、「不同進 攻位置」上均有顯著差異。 五、 在領導行為與團隊凝聚力關係上,中國山東省與澳門高中籃球選手知覺教 練領導行為與團隊凝聚力凝聚力之相關情形在各個層面上均達顯著差異。 ii 六、 在領導行為與選手滿意度關係上,中國山東省與澳門高中籃球選手知覺教 練領導行為與選手滿意度之相關情形在各個層面上呈顯著差異。 七、 在團隊凝聚力和選手滿意度關係上,中國山東省與澳門高中籃球選手團隊 凝聚力和選手滿意度各個層面上呈顯著差異。 八、 知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力對選手滿意度之「教練整體滿意度」之預 測分析結果,「民主行為」、「群體任務吸引」對「教練整體滿意度」具備預 測功能。知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力對選手滿意度之「運動團隊滿意度」 之預測分析結果,「訓練行為」、「群體社交一致性」、「群體任務吸引」、 「指導行為」對「運動團隊滿意度」具備預測功能。知覺教練領導行為與團隊 凝聚力對選手滿意度之「個人整體表現滿意度」之預測分析結果,「訓練行為」、 「群體社交一致性」、「民主行為」對「個人整體表現滿意度」具備預測功能。
