澳門青少年運動鞋消費特性、探索性購買行為傾向與消費資訊來源使用之研究

English Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand teenagers’ exploratory buying tendencies and information sources for purchasing sports footwear. In addition, the researchers examined gender differences, exercise frequency, and brand consideration. Subjects were 628 Macau teenagers whose ages were ranged from 15 to 19 years old. A modified questionnaire developed from Baumgartner and Steenkamp’s exploratory buying tendency and Chen and Gray’s information sources for sports purchase inventorywas used. Data analyses were performed through descriptive statistics, independent sample t test and correlation analysis. The results were as following: 1. The main footwear consumers of the high school students were males, aged 15 to 16 years old, 3 times for sport and exercise per week, spend from 300 to 599 per week, and at least owned tow paires of footwear. The main footwear brands which they have were Nike and Adidas. 2. Teenagers’ exploratory buying tendencies and information source usage are significantly correlated. 3. There was no significant difference of exploratory buying tendencies by gender. 4. There was no significant difference of information source usage by gender. Further discussion on the implications of information source usage by prospective sport customers will be presented.

Chinese Abstract

本研究的目的主要是了解澳門青少年運動鞋消費的「探索性購買行為傾向」與「消 費資訊來源使用」的情況,以628名12至19歲之澳門青少年為研究對象,採用問卷調查 法進行資料收集,所使用研究工具包括「探索性購買行為傾向量表」及「消費資訊來 源使用量表」。調查結果分別以典型相關分析及獨立樣本檢定分析等統計方法進行處 理。本研究主要發現為: 一、 澳門青少年運動鞋消費族群的性別以男性居多、年齡在15至16歲之間,每周從 事運動3次以下、運動時間以15-30分鐘最多、零用錢花費在300-599元之間、平 均每人擁有2對以上運動鞋,目前所穿的運動鞋品牌以「Nike」,和「Adidas」最 多。 二、 青少年運動鞋消費的「探索性購買行為傾向」與「消費資訊來源使用」呈現顯 著的相關。 三、 不同性別青少年在「探索性購買行為傾向」上未發現顯著差異。 四、 不同性別青少年在「運動鞋消費資訊來源使用」上未發現顯著差異。 最後,對所得結果提出解釋外,對重要發現的應用加以討論,並提出未來研究的 一些建議。
