澳門中學生休閒參與、休閒满意度與主觀幸福感之研究

English Abstract

The purposes of this study were to understand the demographic characteristics and leisure participation, to analyze the difference among the demographic characteristics on the leisure participation, leisure satisfaction, and subjective well-being, and furthermore to examine the relationship among the leisure participation, leisure satisfaction and subjective well-being for the high school students in Macao. The questionnaire survey was utilized to recruit 670 students. The data are analyzed by applying statistical methods such as descriptive statisti cs, χ 2 test, t test, oneway ANOVA and regression analysis. The main results of this study are as follows: 1. Most students participate leisure activities on the weekend or after the school classes. 2. There is a significant difference on leisure participation between female and male students. 3. There are significant differences on leisure satisfaction between female and male students. Also, there are significant differences on leisure satisfaction among different the grade students. 4. There are significant differences on subjective well-being between female and male students. Also, there are significant differences on subjective well-being among the different grade students. v 5. The social factor, aesthetic factor, relaxation factor, and physical factor are highly correlated with the subjective well-being. Moreover, these leisure satisfaction factors could significantly explain the subjective well-being. Further discussion of the implications of information source usage by leisure participation, leisure satisfaction, and subjective well-being for the students will be discussed.

Chinese Abstract

本研究旨在探討澳門中學生休閒參與、休閒滿意度對主觀幸福感之影響,並 暸解不同性別在休閒參與、休閒滿意度及主觀幸福感上之差異情形。以澳門中學 生為研究對象,採便利抽樣方式,問卷回收後扣除無效問卷,共得有效問卷670 份,所得資料經信度分析、描述統計、卡方考驗、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、 皮爾森積差相關、迴歸分析與討論,結果發現: 一、 澳門中學生參與休閒活動的時間集中在課後及假日時間,參與地點選擇在居 家附近。 二、 不同性別在參與休閒活動時間達顯著差異,女生在假日參與休閒活動時間 高於男生,男生不論在假日還是非假日參與休閒活動高於女生。 三、 男生或女生對於休閒滿意度的「社交因素」、「美感因素」、「放鬆因素」及「生 理因素」四個構面皆傾向「同意」,其中以「放鬆因素」的同意程度最高。 在年級對於休閒滿意度方面,認同「放鬆因素」的程度最高,「美感因素」 及「生理因素」方面達顯著差異。 四、 不同性別對於主觀幸福感方面,男生的「生活滿意度」高於女生。而「正面 情緒」及「負面情緒」是女生高於男生,達顯著差異。不同年級對於主觀幸 福感方面,發現,「生活滿意度」最高的是高一級學生。「正面情緒」高三級 的最高,高一級學生次之,「負面情緒」方面,高二級學生最高,達顯著性 差異。 五、 休閒滿意度越高,其在主觀幸福感之生活滿意及正向情緒上愈高,負向情緒 降低;透過提高「社交因素」、「生理因素」與「美感因素」三方面的因素, iii 可提升澳門中學生的整體生活滿意度。 本研究對於未來建議為應按澳門地區發展的特性,開展青少年休閒活動,加 強休閒參與的心理因素及教育因素,有助加強於正面情緒與整體生活滿意之主觀 幸福感。
