耳穴貼壓對常氧和低氧環境下運動的男大學生心率變異的影響

English Abstract

Objective Double-blind, single-subject design (A-B-A-B, A stands for the treatment of placebo-controlled auricular-point pressing (APP) and B is the experimental heart-point under low or normal oxygen environments) was used to examine whether or not APP has positive influences on heart rate variability (HRV) before, during and after a graded cycling exercise at normoxia and hypoxia in male collegiate students. Methods 16 healthy males (age: 19.8 ± 1.3 yr, height: 176.4 ± 6.7 cm, weight:67.9 ± 10.0 kg) were recruited for this study. All the subjects were from plain regions and participated in this research voluntarily. Each subject was conducted to complete a 20-minute graded cycling exercise at 50w for 5mins, 100w for 5mins and 150w for 10mins in four conditions including no APP under normoxia (NOR), APP under normoxia (APP-NOR), no APP under hypoxia (HYP, simulated to 3000m altitude) and APP under hypoxia (APP-HYP) respectively. The testing interval was one week apart, and heart rate (HR) and HRV were recorded by Polar RS 800. 研究目的 採用雙盲控制的單一受試者「A-B-A-B」四種模式設計,A 實驗處理 分別為常氧和低氧環境對照穴(耳穴髖關節)幹預,B 實驗處理分別為常氧和 低氧環境耳穴心穴幹預,旨在探討在低氧和常氧環境下,耳穴貼壓對遞增負荷 的定量蹬車運動過程中之男大學生心率變異(HRV)的影響。為耳穴貼壓在體 育活動的應用提供實證資料和可行性的參考。 研究方法 研究對象為 16 名男性普通大學生,均身體健康、世居平原,自願參 與本研究,年齡為 19.81±1.33 歲,身高為 176.44±6.68 釐米,體重為 67.94± 10.01 公斤。研究對象要在 4 種模式下進行 20 分鐘遞增負荷蹬車運動(50W 5 分鐘、100W 5 分鐘和 150W 10 分鐘),每種狀態測試間隔一周,應用 Polar RS800 記錄運動前安靜狀態、運動中以及運動後恢復期心率變異數據。 研究結果 在運動前安靜狀態下, 1)對比常氧對照穴,常氧貼心穴使 HR、LFn 和 LFn/HFn 均顯著降低(p<.05),HFn 顯著升高(p<.05);2)對比低氧對照 穴,低氧貼心穴使 HR 顯著降低(p<.05);在運動中,3)對比常氧環境,低氧 環境 50W 負荷運動時 LFn 和 LFn/HFn 顯著升高(p<.05),4)對比常氧對照穴, 常氧貼心穴使 HR 顯著降低(p<.05),5)對比低氧對照穴,低氧貼心穴使 HR 顯著降低(p<.05);在運動後恢復期,6)對比常氧對照穴,常氧貼心穴使 HR 顯著降低(p<.01)、LFn 和 LFn/HFn 顯著降低(p<.05)、HFn 顯著升高(p<.05), 7)對比低氧對照穴,低氧貼心穴使 HR 顯著降低(p<.05)。 研究結論 在常氧和 3000 米低氧環境下,即時耳壓心穴可有效降低運動前、運 III 動中和運動後恢復期心率。說明耳壓心穴對中小強度遞增負荷運動有降低心 率,加快運動後身體機能恢復的效果,並有利於非高原人群適應低氧環境。在 常氧環境下,運動前安靜狀態和運動後恢復期即時耳壓心穴使 LFn 和 LFn/HFn 均降低而 HFn 升高,說明耳穴貼壓可以在常氧環境下抑制交感神經興奮,提 高迷走神經張力,有調節人體自主神經的作用。在 3000 米低氧 50W 負荷運動 時使 LFn 和 LFn/HFn 升高,即在急性缺氧條件下,人體交感神經活動增強, 說明急性缺氧環境可影響人體心率變異性。即時耳壓心穴對 3000 米低氧環境 遞增負荷運動的心率變異有正向的改變趨勢,但效果不明顯。
