Abstract Huang Yongyu was a remarkable figure who had the double identity of a merchant and a scholar in the the Republic of China. Mr Huang Yongyu was born in a merchant family. He learn to do a businessman by his father in his youth. He helped Sun Zhongshan's democratic revolution and the disaster people repeatedly that he used his advantageous position. In addition, he had not only contributed to the cause of education, but also made much contribute in protection of the national heritage and the repairs of ancient works. He concentrated on the poetry creation in his middle age and created much Patriotic Ci poetry. However, his Ci poetry was unknown to people as a result of historical reason and study on him very little. This paper did some simple study on Huang Hanqing's notes. There are three parts. The first chapter is the introduction of Huang Yongyu. The second and third chapter study on Tian Xiang Ci and it is a key on this paper. 提要 黃詠雩出生商家，青年時代帮助父親，利用商賈身份幫助孫中山民主革命以及受災難的人民群眾，為教育事業，為國家文物的保存、古籍的修輯，奉獻良多。中年以後，專志於詩詞創作，是民國時期一位兼有商人與文人雙重身份的词人。 由於歷史的原因，先生的詩詞作品長時間不為人所知，對先生的研究亦甚少。 本文三大部份：第一部份，黃詠雩先生的簡單介紹。第二、三部份，為本文的重點，主要對《天蠁詞》作探討。第二部份，《天蠁詞》的內容；第三部份《天蠁詞》的藝術成就。 關鍵詞：黃詠雩 天蠁詞
