Title

體驗教育課程對澳門中學生領導才能與團隊凝聚力之行動研究

English Abstract

The purpose of this study is to construct an effective leadership and team cohesion based on the experiential education courses for the high school students in Macau. According to the action research metho, and the use of experiential learning cycle of learning model, the study wants to investigate the effectiveness of the experiential education course on the students' leadership skills and team cohesion. The subjects were from two government high schools and one private high school which were 14 students in three high schools. They participated in a two-month total of eight experiential education curriculum activities. The results showed that the course on student leadership and team cohesion stability enhancement and the effect of continuity. Also, through the boot of reflection skills to guide students to use experiential learning circle model to solve the difficulties and challenges encountered in the course, from the experience of the course from the conversion and use in their daily lives, so the conclusion is experience education courses on participating high school students have a positive impact on leadership and team cohesion, the findings will also provide reference to the creation of experiential education courses in teachers, social workers, and experiential education instructors strategy. Further discussion of the implications of information source usage by prospective experiential education will be discussed. Key words: experiential education, leadership, team cohesion

Chinese Abstract

本研究的目的在於透過行動研究的方法,建構一套領導訓練及團隊凝聚力的體 驗教育課程,並運用體驗學習圏的學習模式,探討體驗教育課程對中學生的領導才 能及團隊凝聚力的成效。研究範圍為澳門兩所公立中學及一所私立中學。研究對象 為三所中學共十四名學生,參加為期兩個月共八次的體驗教育課程活動。研究結果 發現課程對學員的領導才能及團隊的凝聚力有穩定的提升及延續性的效果。同時, 透過引導反思的技巧,引導學員運用體驗學習圈的模式來解決課程中所遇到的困難 與挑戰,並從課程所得的經驗轉化並運用在日常生活中,因此總結是次體驗教育課 程對參與的中學生在領導才能及團隊凝聚力方面有正面的影響,研究結果也將提供 從事教師、社工及體驗教育導師開設體驗教育課程的參考策略。 關鍵詞: 體驗教育、領導才能、團隊凝聚力
