探討澳門學校副校長的角色與職責

English Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the roles and job responsibilities of Macau's vice principals. Kwan's (2008) seven job responsibility dimensions are adopted as theoretical framework to investigate the real and ideal competencies of 40 Macau's vice principals in all seven job responsibility dimensions. The findings reflect that Macau's vice-principals spend most of their time on “strategic direction and policy environment" and the least on “resource management". Macau’s vice-principals are able to allocate their working time according to the importance of the job responsibilities, and gap exists between their real competencies and ideal competencies.

Chinese Abstract

本研究旨在探討本澳副校長的角色與職責,採用Kwan(2008)的七個職責層面為理論框架,研究本澳40位副校長在各職責層面的真實權責及理想權責。研究結果顯示本澳副校長花最多的時間在「策略制定與政策分析」這職責層面裏,而「資源管理」則是佔他們最少工作時間的職責層面。本澳的副校長都能按職責的輕重分配其工作時間,而各層面的真實權責與理想權責都存在著差異。
