澳門大學生生涯建構之結構分析

English Abstract

This constructivist career study is to explore the characteristics of Macau students career constructs to further understand these structural relationship between construction though career repertory grids.Study used In-depth Interview with 18 undergraduate students in Macao, employing grounded theory analysed the interview data about "triadic grids" and "laddering grids",the main findings are as follows: 1.The characteristics of Macao students'career construct (1)General features of Macao students career construct In Central themes, the career concerned scope of Macao students is focused on "Primary Concerns" and "Security Concerns" and "Social Concerns" and "Work Concerns", "Self Concern," five levels.In the face of career decision, "the world of work, social relations, and primary survival" for undergraduate students, is most concerned about three career themes. (2)The specific characteristics of Macao students' career construct categories Sort of frequency about career construct categories, the top 10 destinations are:"Time Changes", "Salary", "Leading Work", "Interacting with people", "Professional Qualifications", "Work Environment","Colleague Relations","Task Changes ","Promotion Space "and" Relaxed Leisure." 2.The structural relationship of Macao students' career construct system According to career construct content and structural relationship ,obtained from career repertory grids ,Macao students career construct system can be summarized in the structure of a cone pattern.The core construction are self-demand,self-experience,self-being and other topics associated with self concerns,the extension construction includes work concern theme produced by direct contact with the world of work, but the theme of career construct related with primary concerns, social concerns and respect concerns have considerable permeability in the whole career of career construct system ,also have a great influence for undergraduate students.In addition,the 5 major forces of Leading young people career choice is from the most profound expectations of self for young people.The most decisive career value for career choices of young people towards "self-affirmation" and "self-being". Chinese Abstract

本研究目的在於通過生涯選擇方格探討澳門大學生生涯建構內容特點,借此 進一步的瞭解這些建構彼此之間的結構關係。研究採用深度訪談法,選取 18 名 澳門大學生為研究對象參與研究。根據“生涯選擇方格”與“生涯階梯方格”的 訪談資料,以紮根理論為資料分析方法,研究結果發現: 一、澳門大學生生涯建構之內容特點 (一)澳門大學生生涯建構內容的整體特點 在核心主題上,澳門大學生生涯關注所呈現的範圍,主要聚焦在“基本關注”、 “安全關注”、“社會關注”、“工作關注”、“自我關注”5 個層面上。在面臨生涯 決定時,“工作世界、社會關係、基本生存”對於大學生而言,是最為關注的三 個生涯主題。 (二)澳門大學生生涯建構中生涯建構類別的具體特點 生涯建構類別次數排序中,排在前 10 位的分別是:“時間變化”、“薪水”、 “領導性工作”、“與人接觸”、“專業條件”、“工作環境”、“同事關係”、“任務變 化”、“晋升空間”、“輕鬆悠閒”。 二、澳門大學生生涯建構系統之結構關係 根據“生涯階梯方格”所獲之生涯建構內涵及其結果關係,澳門大學生生涯 建構系統可歸納為一個圓錐體的結構模式。核心性建構主要為自我要求、自我體 驗、此在自我等相關聯的自我關注主題,而外緣性建構涵蓋了與工作世界直接接 觸所衍生的工作關注主題,而與基本關注、社會關注、尊重關注相關的生涯建構 主題則在整體生涯建構系統中具有相當的滲透性,對大學生的生涯選擇具有相當 程度的影響力。由兩類生涯選擇方格對比可以發現,主導青少年生涯選擇的主要 力量之一是來自於青少年對“自我”最深切的期待。對青少年生涯選擇最具決定 性的生涯價值,是朝向“自我肯定”與“此在自我”的。 3 關鍵字: 澳門大學生 生涯建構 生涯選擇方格
