Since its establishment, School of Music of Macao Conservatory, attached to Cultural Institute of Macao S.A.R. Government, has left its footmarks during the ten years preceding the handover of Macao as well as the ten years following it. Over the past twenty years, School of Music has been extensively developing the basic music education and universal music education, bearing the responsibility of music education to share the work of music education which was shouldered by some church groups and private organizations in the past. Entering into the third “ten years”, School of Music has recently launched secondary professional music education――the full-time ‘Music Technique Course’ while continuing and developing the universal music education, starting to specialize the music education , filled the blank in the history of education in Macao. Through the brief introduction of the cases of the same and similar schools in the neighboring areas and adopting the approaches of diachronic and synchronic study, this paper investigates the secondary music education in Macao, comprehensively and systematically summarizing and reviewing the development course of the School of Music of Macao Conservatory under the education policies in Macao.

澳 門 特 別 行 政 區 政 府 文 化 局 屬 下 的 演 藝 學 院 音 樂 學 校 成 立 至 今，跨 越 了 回 歸 前 後 的 兩 個 十 年。前 二 十 年，音 樂 學 校 在 澳 門 廣 泛 開 展 了 音 樂 基 礎 教 育 和 普 及 教 育，擔 負 起 音 樂 教 育 的 責 任，分 擔 了 此 前 一 向 由 教 會 團 體 和 私 人 機 構 所 承 擔 的 音 樂 教 育 工 作 。 音 樂 學 校 踏 入 辦 學 的 第 三 個 十 年 ， 在 延 續 和 發 展 普 及 音 樂 教 育 的 同 時，創 辦 了 屬 中 等 專 業 音 樂 教 育 的 全 日 制 音 樂 技 術 課 程，開 始 走 向 音 樂 教 育 專 業 化 ， 填 補 了 澳 門 教 育 史 上 的 空 白 。 本 文 通 過 簡 介 周 邊 地 區 同 等 和 同 類 學 校 的 情 況，以 歷 時 研 究 和 共 時 研 究 的 方 法，對 澳 門 中 等 音 樂 教 育 現 況 進 行 探 討，全 面 系 統 地 總 結 回 顧 了 演 藝 學 院 音 樂 學 校 在 澳 門 教 育 政 策 下 的 發 展 歷 程 。
