Administrative official documents which are essential documents for civil servants in handling public services serve the society in five general aspects: 1. Communication which enables the delivery of messages. 2. Appeal which gives a preliminary announcement to the public so as to appeal and call on the public. 3. Commandment which gives orders to the public and the civil servants. 4. Liaison which connects the external and internal administrative offices. 5. Declaration which presents the position, perspective and attitude of the administrative office toward a particular issue. Therefore, research on Chinese division of document types, style and usage of administrative official documents of Macau can reflect the situation of administrative governance of Macau Special Administrative Region. Scientific division of administrative document type and research on style optimization function as an elevation of the quality of governance of Macau Special Administrative Region and the overall image. This essay mainly uses the administrative official documents posted by the Macau government on Macau Official Gazette and Macau Daily as the research object. Random sampling is used to collect materials from the above publications and then conduct analysis on the materials using The maxim of quantity of The cooperative principle in The theory of conversational implicature proposed by the American philosopher Paul Grice, Five principles of all writings except literary work optimization proposed by Professor Tang King Bun of the University of Macau and Qualitayive quantitative analysis in statistics. This essay comes up with the following conclusions: 1. By using scientific statistical method to gather the statistics of current number of document types used in the administrative official documents of Macau, fifty types of official document types are found to be used in administrative departments. 2. Set up several categorization standards based on the foundation of analyzing the specialty of current valid document types and have a clearer division of the administrative official documents of Macau. This essay questions the current categorization of 8 categories with 20 types and proposes a new categorization of 6 categories with 18 types. 3. Analyze the problem of unstandardization of the styles of the administrative official documents of Macau and propose several standards for optimization and establish new document styles. This essay ends with a proposal of some workable measures and suggestions for the Macau Special Administrative Region in finalizing the administrative official document optimization policy. 行政公文是公務員在處理公共事務上的必要文件，它的社會功能可以概況為五個方面：一、傳信功能，能起著傳達信息的作用；二、呼籲功能，能對公眾進行預告，起呼籲及號召的作用；三、指令功能，能對公眾及公務員發出指令；四、聯絡功能，能對行政機關外部及內部起著溝通聯絡的作用；五、聲明功能，能對某事作出聲明，表明行政機關對某事的立場、觀點和態度。 因此，研究澳門中文行政公文（以下簡稱“澳門行政公文”）的文種劃分、格式及使用情況，可以反映出澳門特區政府在行政運作上的展開；而對行政公文文種進行科學劃分及優化格式的研究，則對澳門特區政府的公務運作質素及整體形象，均起著積極提高的作用。 本文主要以澳門特區政府刊登在《澳門政府公報》及《澳門日報》上的行政公文為主要研究資料，用隨機抽樣（Random sampling）方法從上述刊物中收集語料，再以美國哲學家格賴斯（Grice）提出的會話含義理論（The theory of conversational implicature）的“合作原則”（Cooperative principle）中的“量的準則”（The maxim of quantity）及澳門大學鄧景濱教授提出的“應用文優化五原則”（Five principles of all writings except literary work），統計學的“定性定量分析法”（Qualitayive quantitative analysis）對語料進行具體分析。 本文得出了以下結論：一、以科學統計法統計現時澳門行政公文使用的文種數量，發現在行政部門使用的公文文種為50種。二、在對原有使用的可信文種的特性進行分析的基礎上，定出若干分類準則，對澳門行政公文文種進行更清晰的劃分和界定。本文質疑目前使用的“8類20種”的文種分類法，提出新的文種分類為6類18種。第三、對澳門行政公文格式的不規範問題進行概況分析，並提出若干優化準則及確立新的文種格式。 文章最後對日後澳門特區落實行政公文優化政策，提出一些切實可行的改革措施和建議。 關鍵詞：澳門行政公文；文種；格式；格式優化
