澳門高中生生涯決定困難、生涯決定自我效能與自我認定狀態之相關研究

English Abstract

The purpose of the study was to explore the differences and relations among career decision-making difficulties, career self-efficacy, and ego-identity for senior high school students with various backgrounds. The study gathered information through surveys, and utilized the instruments including Career Decision-making Difficulties Scale, Career Self-efficacy Scale, and Extended Objective Measure of Ego Identity Status. The participants were 638 students from ten high schools in Macau. The obtained data were analyzed by one-way MANOVA and canonical correlation analysis. The major findings were as follows: (1) Career decision-making difficulties perceived by senior high school students were different depending on different background variables such as state of decision-making, but not the grade, gender, father educate, mother education and economic status. (2) Career self-efficacy perceived by senior high school students were different on different background variables such as grade, gender, father educate, mother educate, economic status and state of decision-making. (3) Ego-identity status perceived by senior high school students were different depending on different background variables such as economic status and state of decision-making, but not on the grade, gender, father educate and mother educate. (4) The canonical correlation between career decision-making difficulties and career self-efficacy was significance. (5) The canonical correlation between career decision-making difficulties and ego-identity status was significance. (6) The canonical correlation between career career self-efficacy and ego-identity status was significance. Finally, based on the findings, some suggestions for career guidance and future research were proposed. 本研究的主要目的,在探討不同背景變項的高中生在生涯決定困難、生涯決定自我效能與自我認定狀態上的差異與關係。本研究以調查法進行資料蒐集,使用之工具包括「生涯決定困難量表」「生涯決策自我效能預期量表」與「自我認定狀態量表」。研究對象爲澳門共十所中學之高一、高二、高三男女學生,有效樣本共638人。所得資料以單因子多變項變異數分析、典型相關分析等統計方法 進行分析處理,研究結果如下: 一、高中生整體之生涯決定困難,在不同決定狀態等背景變項上有顯著差異,但不會隨年級、性別、父親教育、母親教育、經濟狀況等背景變項之不同而有差異。 二、高中生整體之生涯決定自我效能,在不同年級、性別、父親教育、母親教育、經濟狀況、決定狀態等背景變項上有顯著差異。 三、高中生整體之自我認定狀態,在不同經濟狀況、決定狀態等背景變項上有顯著差異,但不會隨年級、性別、父親教育、母親教育等背景變項之不同而有差異. 四、生涯決定困難與生涯決定自我效能之間,有三組典型相關達顯著意義。 五、生涯決定困難與自我認定狀態之間,有三組典型相關達顯著意義。 六、生涯決定自我效能與自我認定狀態之間,有三組典型相關達顯著意義。 最後根據本研究結果進行討論,並提出建議以做爲高中生生涯輔導及未來硏究的參考。 關鍵字:生涯決定困難、生涯決定自我效能、自我認定
