體育教學持續評鑑

English Abstract

The recent educational reform in Macau emphasizes the quality development of students through physical activities. Therefore, in 2003, Direcção dos Serviços de Educação e Juventude started its “General School Evaluation", the aim is to help schools' improvement and development and the results of the “General School Evaluation” will be the projection for the future educational reform in Macau. However, there is no effective tool to measure the class learning in regard to the attainment of this target. Teacher evaluation is seen as one of the important aspects in improving students’quality in learning. Research data indicates that teacher evaluation plays an important role in the overall effectiveness in teaching and learning, such as common teaching style is traditional teaching method, teachers believe that good evaluation is an effective tool to improve teachers’ professional development and help to improve teaching in physical education. This study focuses on the development of check list in Physical Education to evaluate teachers' performance. The curriculum reform materials from Macau, Hong Kong and Taiwan are evaluated to identify the key items for observation.

Chinese Abstract

澳門特區行政區政府近年強調質素教育,尤其通過體育教育如何達致學生的全面發展。及此,於二零零三年教育暨青年局試行「學校綜合評鑑」,目的是以協助各校改善教學及發展校務。同時亦可讓評核的結果作為規劃教育的未來發展方向的參考。但是,在體育教學層面上仍未有有效的評鑑量度工具,於是,教師教學評鑑是保證學生改進學習效果的重要手段之一。研究資料顯示,教師教學評鑑是增進學生的學習效果及改善教學質素的重要元素之一; 而體育教師的傳統教學法是普遍影響著體育教師教學法之一。故此,檢視體育教師的教學質素,好的評鑑工具是不可缺少,故本研究是借助鄰近地區如香港及台灣之教學評鑑指標以發展具本澳教學環境之體育教學評鑑指標▪
