This study investigated the status of the parent-child relationship among parents with special children by using the scale of Satisfactory Degree of Parent-Child Relationship, and analyzed the level of impact to this relationship due to different background characteristics. Besides, this study also investigated the effect of Filial Therapy in improving the parent-child relationship among several parents with special children. This study is mainly dicided into two sections. The first part investigated the parent-child relationship among the parents with special children from 11 to 18 years old. There were 73 questionnaires collected for statistical analysis on the background characteristics. The second part investigated a group of parents having special children from 11 to 18 years old. This group of parents participated in a Filial Therapy group founded by this study. This history of changes in parent-child relationship of these parents were then further analyzed by the interview before/after the group, the, questionnaire, and the in-depth analysis on the verbatim records throughout the process of the Fillial Therapy. The statistical analysis on the questionnaire results shows that different parent characteristic, family characteristic, and special child characteristic do not result in significant difference in the Satisfactory Degree of Parent-Child Relationship from the statistic point-of-view. Besides, the investigation on two parents with special children participated in the Filial Therapy group reveals that the parent-child relationship has improved. Through the Filial Therapy group, the positive interaction between the parents and the special children and the decency of the parents are enhanced. The parents become more self-aware and their confidence in disciplining their children is also strengthened. Based on the results of the study, several suggestions are provided for further study on the parent-child relationship. 本研究透過特殊兒童家長填寫親子關係滿意度問卷，以了解家長對特殊子女之親子關係滿意情況，並分析該親子關係滿意度受背景因素的影響情況；此外，本研究亦對親子遊戲團體在增進特殊兒童家長的親子關係的效果作出探討。 本研究主要分為兩部分，第一部分是派發問卷，以了解11歲至18歲的特殊兒童之父親或母親對親子關係滿意程度的情況，並分別就家長特質、家庭特質及特殊兒童特質三方面背景資料，進行統計分析，最終有效問卷數目為73份。第二部分為探討一群11歲至18歲的特殊兒童的家長參加了親子遊戲治療團體後，當中兩位成員對親子關係滿意程度的改變情況，並利用前後訪談、問卷及逐字稿分析，探討家長在參加親子遊戲團體過程中的改變歷程。 親子關係滿意程度問卷的分析結果顯示，不同家長特質、家庭特質及特殊兒童特質的背景因素之間，其親子滿意程度差異在統計上均未達顯著水平。而兩位家長在參與親子遊戲治療團體後，研究結果發現改善了親子關係、增加了親子的正向互動、家長對孩子多了包容及接納、提升了家長的自我覺察及管教的信心。 最後，研究者就本研究所得之研究結果及結論，對特殊兒童之親子關係及未來相關的研究提出了一系列建議。 關鍵詞：親子關係、親子遊戲治療、親子關係滿意程度、特殊兒童
