培养高质量的人才一直是人们不懈的追求，教育质量问题自学校教育产生就存在。特别是我国高校大量扩招后，教育质量问题已成了人们关注的焦点。本文以我国高等教育大众化理论为背景，运用理论分析法、文献检索法以及调查法，对我国南部高校教育质量问题的具体表现、影响教育质量的原因进行了深入的分析，并提出了我国南部高校扩招后确保和提高等教育质量的若干对策及建议。全文分为四个部分： 第一部分，绪论：主要是介绍本研究的动机、问题、研究的方法及研究的目的。 第二部分，界定高校教育质量的涵义，同时介绍了我国南部高校扩招的现况（以我国南部海南省、福建省、广西、广东省为例）和出现的问题以及从相关的教育调查数据中反映出了教育质量出现了下降，作为论文的主要部分。本研究从内外两方面分析了影响教育质量下降的原因。 第三部分，本论文的第三部分为研究工具的制定和实施程序及资料的处理 第四部分，调查结果的讨论分析、得出结论及提出建议，提出了解决确保和提高教育质量问题的具体对策。 关键词：高校扩招 高等教育质量
