澳門地區學校輔導人員輔導工作效能及工作特質之探究

English Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the career self-efficacy and personal characteristics of school guidance counselors and staffs in Macau. The semi-structured interviews were applied to interview eight school guidance counselors and staffs in Macau. The grounded theory methodology was used as a foundation to analyze the interview data. The results included 3 important parts of findings: Part 1 : The career efficacy of school guidance counselors and staffs in Macau 1. Staff in the social work field, psychology and counseling field, and staff in the teaching field all displayed career efficacy. 2. Psychological and counseling knowledge was important in school guidance work. The psychology and counseling field workers appear to be in the most advantageous position in providing psychological and counseling knowledge. 3. Staff in the social work field appeared to be in the most advantageous positioning in utilizing social resources and providing information. 4. School guidance counselors and staffs generally possessed the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationship. Part 2 : The career characteristics of school guidance counselors and staffs in Macau 1. Staff in the social work field, psychology and counseling field, and staff in the teaching field all displayed particular or shared career characteristics. 2. School guidance counselors and staffs generally possessed positive work attitude. Part 3 : The factors about career efficacy and characteristics of school guidance counselors and staffs in Macau 1. Experience was an important factor that affects the career efficacy and characteristics of school guidance work. 2. The training background of the school guidance counselors and staffs was not the only factor that influences the career efficacy and characteristics of school guidance work. 本研究以質的研究方式探討澳門地區學校輔導人員的工作效能及工作特質。研究參與者為八位澳門地區學校輔導工作人員,經半結構式訪談之後,以紮根理論質的方式分析訪談逐字稿的資料。分析所得研究結果包括三部份重點,茲列舉如下: 第一部份:有關澳門地區學校輔導人員輔導工作效能之發現 一、社會工作領域、心理輔導領域及學科領域三個專業領域背景的學校輔導人員各具工作效能。 二、心理與輔導專業知識在學校輔導工作中顯重要,心理輔導專業領域者在心理與輔導知識的掌握最呈優勢。 三、社會工作專業領域者在社會資源運用及資訊提供的工作效能最呈優勢。 四、學校輔導工作者通常都具有維持良好人際關係的能力。 第二部份:有關澳門地區學校輔導人員輔導工作特質之發現 一、社會工作領域、心理輔導領域及學科領域三個專業領域背景的學校輔導人員各具其特有或共同之工作特質。 二、學校輔導工作者通常具備正向的工作態度。 第三部份:有關澳門地區學校輔導人員輔導工作效能及工作特質的相關因素之發現 一、經驗是影響學校輔導工作效能及特質的一個重要因素。 二、學校輔導工作者的訓練背景不是影響學校輔導工作效能及特質的唯一因素。 關鍵字:學校輔導人員 工作效能 工作特質 紮根理論
