澳門中學足球校隊教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之相關研究

English Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between leadership behavior and team cohesion in soccer coach of Macau middle-schools. Using Scale of Leadership Behavior and Team Cohesion in Soccer Coach as research instrument, two hundred and ninety-five soccer players from Macau middle schools were recruited in this study. The results showed that 1. there were significant differences in coach's leadership behavior in demographic variables of playing levels, playing period, training times per week and the duration with coaches, 2. there were significant differences in team cohesion in demographic variables of playing period, playing levels and training times per week, 3.Significantly low correlations were found between team cohesion and coach's leadership behavior that the soccer players can be perceptible & expectable. It suggests that awareness and improvement of coach's leadership behavior such as training and guidance, democracy, tyranny, care and award for soccer players should be prior to improve team cohesion in Macau middle schools. Chinese Abstract

本文旨在探討澳門中學足球校隊教練領導行為舆團隊凝聚力之關係。硏究採用教練領導行爲和團隊凝集力量表作爲研究工具,共調查了295 名澳門A、B兩組學界足球員,結果發現:1)組別、主力與否不影響球員所知覺和期望的教練領導能力,球齡、與教練相處時間影響球員所期望的教練領導能力,球員成就和調練頻次對球員所知覺和期望的教練領導能力有影響;2)組別、主力與否、與教練相處時間不同、學界比賽成績不同,足球員的凝聚力無顯著差異,球齡、訓鍊頻次不同、代表隊的差別,足球員的凝聚力有顯著差異;3)球員所知覺的教練領導行爲與團隊凝聚力存在顯著低度相關,球員所期望的教練領導行爲與團隊凝聚力也存在顯著相關。結果提示,如果要增強團隊凝聚力,應該首先瞭解球員所期望的教練領導行爲,並以此為出發點,改善訓練和教學、民主行局、專制行爲、關懐行爲、獎勵和讚賞。 關鍵詞:足球教練,領導行爲,團隊凝聚力,中學生,澳門
