澳門大學碩士學位論文 ABSTRACT The common Chinese Medicine, Radix Polygalae, with the effect to anchor the mind, promote phlegm expectoration, and to cause subsidence of swelling, using in insomnia, dream-disturbed sleep, forgetfulness, palpitation, and trance due to incoordination between the heart and kidney; cough with sputum difficult to expectorate; boils and sores, swelling and pain in the breast. On the Literature research, we had the separation research in the standard of Radix Polygalae. With the silica gel column chromatographic analysis technology in the separation of the whole saponin of Radix Polygalae, because of the acid hydrolysis of the whole saponin of Radix Polygalae was multiplicity, with 3 sapogenins changed mother nucleus, based on above, we had alkaline hydrolysis in the saponin, the hydrolysate, simple、 stable, the condition is controlled, moreover, the hydrolysate--- tenuifolin can determined the quality of Radix Polygalae The paper is to establish the qualitation and quantitation determination methods of the Radix Polygalae medical material, and to quantitation research on different of the produced and collected Radix Polygalae medical material. The result showed that the content of tenuifolin is max for the samples from Wanrong, Shanxi, and the Ximi, Henan is min, the best is grown 2 years, and collected in spring. And the determination of tenuifolin in other samples of Polygala and the Chinese formulated products with Radix Polygalae, can provide a scientific basis for the quality control of Radix Polygalae and the Chinese formulated products with Radix Polygalae. On the base of chemical composition research, we had the quantitation research in the Phenols of Polygala; the determination of multicomponent in 9 herbal of Polygala; and with the finger print in Radix Polygalae. 澳門大學碩士學位論文 摘要 遠志為常用中藥,具有安神益智、祛痰、消腫之功效,用於心腎不交引起的 失眠多夢、健忘驚悸、神志恍惚、咳痰不爽、瘡 腫毒、乳房腫痛等症。本文在 文獻資料研究的基礎上對遠志的對照品進行了分離研究,採用矽膠柱層析技術對 遠志總皂苷進行分離,由於遠志總皂苷酸水解產物複雜,同時產生三種結構母核 發生變化的皂苷元,在此基礎上對遠志皂苷進行鹼水解,水解產物單一、穩定, 水解條件容易控制,並且水解產物細葉遠志皂苷(tenuifolin)能夠反映遠志中 遠志 皂苷的含量。 並以此為基礎建立遠志藥材的薄層色譜定性及含量測定方法及對不同產 地、不同採收時期的遠志藥材進行了定量研究,結果表明,山西萬榮的遠志藥材 細葉遠志皂苷含量最高,河南新密遠志含量最低;遠志應種植二年以上,春季採 收為佳。並且以所分離的對照品為對照,對遠志屬其他幾種藥用植物和含遠志的 中成藥中的含量測定方法,可用于遠志藥材及含遠志藥材的中藥的品質評價,為 其品質標準的提高及完善奠定了科學基礎。 在化學成分研究的基礎上,還對遠志屬酚類化合物進行了定量研究;對其遠 志屬九種藥用植物進行了多成分含量測定研究,並對遠志藥材進行了指紋圖譜的 研究。 關鍵字:遠志細葉遠志皂苷 質量標準 指紋圖譜 1
