澳門小學推動社交小組團體輔導的個案研究

English Abstract

This research purpose is to make use of drafting and course is implemented , probe into the social skill situation of the pupil of Macao and coach the result in the form of coaching in the group of the group of course of coaching. This research regards a primary school as and studies the place , the research object is 12 higher primary school students. By way of case study , implement eight themes to design , adopt the training procedures of eight, carry on coaching in the group course. When course is implemented, observation group activity situation, divide the materials into three kinds: First, student's part, include: Job paper , questionnaire , interview. Second , the researcher's observations and records. Third, teacher's interview. The researcher puts all materials in order into a characters draft , analyse objectively. Obtain the following main result after analysing: First, the social group coaches the preliminary idea that course can accord with the researcher , draft course and carry on course of coaching of the group to implement. Second, when coach course and implement, the going on of detailed record teaching activity, analysing the bit of the course, sum up its main point implemented, the result shows that the social group coaches the approval that course got teachers and students. Students' interpersonal behavior is aware to some extent and improving. Third, the social group coaches the expectation that course can accord with the group member . Most students change to some extent in the course of implementing, some students have not joined and coached making obvious progress before the group , other group members also present few social behaviors of falling back. The due attitude that the group member studies to and gets along with people during coaching course, and apply to in life. Propose the following suggestion in the gains of studying course on the conclysion and researcher of this research: First, course is appropriate with the course content in length. Second, each activity length one is difficult to be too long and too short. Third, activity content and form should do the proper design in comformity with the participant's background. Fourth, in order to improve the result of coaching, the group coaches and coaches individually and is used simultaneously. Fifth, recommend the home education actively. Sixth, improve the education system of the school.

Chinese Abstract

本研究目的是藉著輔導課程的擬定及課程實施,以小組的團體輔導形式探 究澳門學童的社交技巧情況及辅導效果。 本研究以一所小學爲研究場地,研究對象是12名高小學生。以個案研究的方式,落實八項主題設計,探用八節的訓練程序,進行小組輔導活動課程。課程 實施期間,觀察記錄小組活動情況,將資料分成三類:一、學生部分,包括:工 作紙、問卷、訪談。二、研究者的觀察及記錄。三、教師訪談。研究者把所有资料加以整理成文字稿,進行分析。 經分析後獲得以下主要結果: 一、社交小組輔導課程能依照研究者的初步構想,擬定課程及進行小組輔導課程實施。 二、輔導課程實施期間,詳細記錄教學活動的進行,分析過程的點滴,歸納其實施的要領,結果顯示社交小組輔導課程得到師生的認同。研究結果顯示學生 之人際行為有所覺察及改善· 三、社交小組輔導課程能符合組員的期望。大部分學生在實施過程中有所轉變,部分學生較未參加輔導小組前有明顯的進步,其他組員亦少出現倒退的社交行爲。組員在輔導課程中學習到待人接物應有的態度,並應用在生活上。 就本研究之結論及研究者於研究過程之心得提出以下建議: 一、課程長度要與課程內容要有適切性 二、每節活動長度的不易過長及過短 三、活動內容和形式要因應參加者的背景而作適當的設計 四、爲提升輔導效果,小組輔導與個別輔導並用... 五、積極提倡家庭教育 六、改善學校教育制度
