澳門體育教師對體育課程改革的認知與其教學行為探討

English Abstract

The Education Department of Macau introduced new concepts in physical education in 1999 as reference for school to develop physical education. Nevertheless, despite the recent interest in quality development of students through physical activities, there has been no attempt to review the conditions in which this initiative has been adopted. This paper focuses on the perception of teachers in physical education and their actual behavior in physical education lesson. Relevant study began since 2000 indicated that teachers believe they have fulfilled most of the curriculum goals while teaching process reveals the fact that the object is far from complete. Such desynchronized perceptions of teachers may indicate a failure in physical education reform and a nature fear of teachers to be classified as “backward” under the current reform trend. This study was then designed to investigate whether teaching behavior change would bring a closer distance between teaching and learning outcome. Although research data did not show a huge significance, teachers' and students’ perceptions have been pulled closer, and that teachers are more aware of what students need and are more capable in applying different techniques to enhance teaching and students are more capable of visualizing what they are actually learning from class. Such findings remind the needs for professionals to train and change in order to improve today’s physical education in Macau. Chinese Abstract

本文主要探討澳門現今體育課程改革的意向是否與學生學習成效較成共識,從而分析在整個教學過程中,教師對其改革的認知及相應行為表現的差異,從而尋找更有效的教學方案,令課程改革能以更完善地呈現。澳門於 1999 年擬訂中小學體育教學課程大網,為澳門各學校提供一個較新且完善的課程及教學參考內容。然而,縱然教學大網如何完善,在教學過程中,教師對其教學大網的認知和教學行為是否清晰並能否明確傳授、學生能否吸收課程原定目標,使教學目標與學習成效一致則成為研究一大議題。早在2000 年進行的相關研究數據顯示大部分體育教師均認為他們已經達成教學目的,然而筆者認為效果跟其原訂目的仍然保存著一段距離。因此是次研究試比較兩間學校的體育教師對課程認知及其教學行為,探討教學行為改變後能否有效縮短目的與效果的偏差,從而令現今學校體育更有效、持續地發展。研究結果數據雖未有明顯差異,但分析指出教師對教學改革的認知及學生需要均有所提升,因而拉近了老師對教學改革的認知及其行為上的適度調整,以致學生學習成效有所提升,而學生亦對其教學有所要求。從此可見教育改革需要針對導師作出專業培訓及有關教學調整以達到對未來體育發展的效果。 關鍵詞:教師認知、教學行為、體育教學、澳門
