The purpose of this study is to investigate the mutual experience, knowledge and characteristics of Macao elementary woman principals. Based on the research, recommendations are made so they can be used as reference for future research by relevant agencies. In order to achieve the above purpose, this study is to use in-depth interviews and questionnaires, as well as descriptive statistics and data analysis to summarize. Conclusions of this study are as follows: The majority of female principals in Macao are being promoted without much competition and gender barriers They lack formal guiding instructors.Their age and seniority are very high, and they have no energy to continue learning. Most of them can keep a balance between family and work, and also get the support from society, parents and students. They know how to take advantage of women who are good at communication, such as careful use of the advantages of multi-management consultations to schools. Their leading model is half "relationship-oriented" and half "career-oriented".

本文研究的目的在於探討澳門中小幼女性校長共有的經驗、認知和特性,最後根據研究結果提出建議,以及作為相關機構未來研究之參考。 為了達到上述的研究目的,本研究探用深入訪談及問卷調查,使用描述統計及資料分析進行總結。 經過上述的研究,得到以下結論: 澳門女性校長多數在沒有競爭和性別障礙的情況下晉升,她們缺乏正式的導師指引,她們的年齡和教齡都偏大,已經沒有精力再繼續進修。她們多數都能在家庭和工作中取得不衡,工作中也能得到社會、家長和學生的支持。她們善於發揮女性善於溝通、細心等的優勢多用協商方式來管理學校,在領導模式屬上“關係導向”和“工作導向”的各占近半數。
