ABSTRACT The case study investigates the logistics management for Macao shippers, explore some possible ways to decrease the transportation cost as to enhance the competitive advantages in the world market. As Macau will become integrated into the Pearl River Delta region, the logistics analysis among Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macau turned to be necessary and meaningful. In order to achieve an efficient and effective way for Macau shippers, some backgrounds analysis are essential. They can discover some key factors behind it, such as: cooperation and limitations. Based on these detailed analyses, 1 evaluated the cost and other factors (time, custom clearance, service...) with some mathematic functions and concluded as a recommended solution.
