Strong school culture is a necessary condition for an effective school. This paper studies the cultural elements which affect the values of students. The research employs a case-study approach together with canonical correlation analysis and other quantitative statistics. The study has proved that there is a significant correlation between personal values, the standpoints of judgement and school culture. With respect to school culture, the school atmosphere, the emphasis on educational values, and the academic and behavioral demands exert most influence.With respect to the standpoints of judgement, the emphasis on of educational values, the school atmosphere, and the identification of the purpose of life exert most influence. The results of the study are inspiring for school administration. The research hopes that the qualitative and the quantitative method may go complementarily, and the school-based studies may grow continuously with the school-based administration.

強化學校文化是高效能學校的先決條件。本文研究影響學生價値觀的學校文化因素，本研究的特點是用經典相關統計對一所學校進行校本的個案及量的研究，証實了學校文化和學生的位際價値與判斷立場的關係;更發現學校文化中的學校氣氛、教育重點和學行要求對學生位際價值的影響比較大;另外，教育重點、學校氣氛和人生目標認同對學生判斷立場的影響較大。研究結果對學校行政起指導作用，祈望教育研究能在質與量同時並進，互相補充;更希望校本研究繼續發展，與校本管理一起成長。
