The calligraphy is one of the quintessence of Chinese culture. There are many astounding beauty art excavated from ancient Chinese. But we are not casy to findtheir font, In this thesis, we design an automatic generation tool for Chinesecharacters. Thus, it can automatically generate original Chinese calligraphy that meetsaesthetic requirements from a few inputs. In the character generation module, we first build the structure of each Chinese. Thenwe scan some ancient Chinese from calligraphy copybooks into the system. Finally,the system will generate hundreds of character. We design some algorithm to adjust the position of radical. We know this algorithm isnot perfect but it still works for system. In our experiments, we select 1 ancient calligraphy copybooks. The generated character is over 75 % similar to original documents.
