Generally speaking, the subject “culture and the arts”, to many people, is usually associate it with entertainment and recreational programs. During four years of working in the museum, I have met a lot of people in the art circle, art experts and cultural policy makers and have come to realize that culture and the arts are something more than that of what people usually think. The arts and economy seem never to crossover or to intercept but they can be merged together and can bring good to the community. Thus, I began working on this subject to see how a combination of the arts and the economy could benefit our world in economic terms. I felt that it would be interesting to put two of things seemingly unrelated things, together to see if they could be successful partners.
