Abstract: The objective of the current study and also this thesis is to establish and improve the quality control system for Radix Astragali. This thesis can be divided into two sections. In section I, the progress and research of chemical constituents, their pharmacological activities and the quality control methods of Radix Astragali were reviewed. Based on the previous studies, our researching schemes could be established. In section II, Accelerated Solvent Extraction and High Performance Liquid Chromatography were used to establish a fast and efficient quality control method for Astragalosides in Radix Astragali. The conditions for these methods were optimized and the quality control system for Radix Astrogali was established. 摘要 本課題是澳門大學中華醫藥研究所中藥學專業碩士研究生課題。研究目的在於 建立和完善中藥材黃芪的質量控制體系。整個論文包括兩個部分:第一部分 國內外 研究概況;第二部分 黃芪皂苷類成分的加即溶劑提取優化及定量分析方法研究。 在第一部分中,我們綜述了國內外學者對黃芪的化學成分、藥理活性及臨床應 用的研究進展,總結了黃芪的定性、定量分析技術研究現狀以及質量控制策略的研究 概況,為進一步建立和完善黃芪的質量標準提供的參考依據。 在第二部分中,我們通過應用加即溶劑提取技術以及高效液相色技術,建立了 以黃芪皂苷 II 為標準物質的高效液相色譜的定量分析方法,並以此對黃芪的皂苷類 成分的提取方法進行了優化,初步建立起簡便、快速分析黄芪皂苷成分的新方法,為 黃芪藥材的質量控制標準的建立和完善做出了有益的探索。 關鍵字:黃芪,黃芪皂苷II,加即溶劑提取,高效液相色譜,定量分析
