This study is targeted at Macau school counselors, hoping to understand the mental health of the school counselors. The mental health was measured in the following five dimensions—somatic symptom, anxiety, social undermining, depression and positive mentality. The results showed that (1) the mental health among school counselors was not in a good condition (M=68.23); (2) the mental health was related to their age, college major, educational level, working experience, and the self-evaluation on their own mental health status; (3) gender and marriage status were not related to mental health; (4) among these 5 dimensions, depression and social undermining achieved the lowest average point, the depression average point was 1.73. This revealed the need of thinking and finding the causes of the issues and providing help on the professionals. Finally, some suggestions were provided, based on the results found.

本研究就以全澳門駐校學生輔導員為對象，希望了解現在學生輔導員的心 理健康狀況。心理健康是以五個向度作測量，分別為：身心病徵、焦慮煩躁、社 會困擾、憂鬱低落及正向心理，本研究以普查方式進行問卷調查，結果發現：(1) 澳門學生輔導員心理健康狀況 (平均數 68.23) 呈嚴重困擾；(2) 澳門學生輔導員 的年齡、畢業科系、教育程度、工作經歷及心健康自評與心理健康狀況有關；(3) 澳門學生輔導員的性別及婚姻並不與心理健康狀況有關；(4) 分析澳門學生輔導 員心理健康狀況內容有五個向度，其中憂鬱低落及社會困擾處於嚴重困擾的情 況，而憂鬱低落最差 (平均分 1.73 分)，反映出這個心理向度的問題最值得注意， 亦最迫切需要改善的。最後，根據研究結果提出建議，以作日後實務工作和未來 研究之參考。
