- The values of public spaces are often overlooked or underestimated by policy makers, leaders, developers and professionals. This article aims to look at values of public spaces to enhance the understanding or capacity to use the possibilities of public spaces as a complete, multi-functional urban system to fostering city prosperity and sustainable development.
