- Tables： 1. The patient's left hand was made incisional drainage with rubber drain immediately after highly suspected necrotizing fasciitis. 2. Right dorsal hand severe swelling. Suspected necrotizing soft tissue infection of the right hand according to her history，incisional drainage with rubber drain for irrigation performed. 3. Initial status of left hand which injury by fishbone for 1 day. A Volar and B dorsal view of the left hand. C Dorsal，D lateral and E volar view of the left hand after incision drainage. 4.
