- Abstract
- A 35-year-old female patient presented to our hospital with a painless lesion of her left sublingual area for 4 year. Oral examination revealed a soft mass under the left tongue. Laboratory results showed hepatitis B infection and bacteriuria. MRI demonstrated a well-defined left sublingual gland lesion, which appeared hetorogeneous isohypointensity on T2-weighted images, homogeneous isointensity on T1-wieghted images, and mildly enhanced after gadolinium administration. Histopathologic examination of the mass revealed primary amyloidosis of the sublingual gland. Paragraph Headings： 1. Introduction 3. Case report 4. Discussion Tables： 1.
