Admission CXR showed ground-grass opacity in the upper lung fields bilaterally. 2. 2a Spinal MRI demonstrated presence of gas in subcutaneous tissues, spinal cord edema (T1-T5), as well as epidural gas accumulation in the spinal canal. 3. 2b Repeat spine MRI after HBO showed the gas in the spinal canal was absorbed.
