- Abstract
- Abstract : This study explores the relationship between work resources, non-work resources and work-family facilitation. Data were collected from 200 banking employees in Taiwan. We found that (1) job autonomy and supportive supervisors positively influence work-to-family facilitation, and (2) spouse support is positively related to family-to-work facilitation. Multiple resources are mechanisms to support employees to well-play multiple roles while facing challenges from different life domains. Paragraph Headings: 1. Introduction 2. Literature Review 2.1.
