- Abstract
- Abstract : The laparoscopic cholecystectomy, was for the first time performed by mouret in 1987. nowadays it is considered all wver the world, the "gold standard"in the treatment of the symptomaic cholelithiasis. Moreover the VLPC has represented the point of departure for the development of the digestive laparoscopic surgery. The two approaches, haven't pointed out differences in terms of results and ergonomics, therefore the choice of either one or the other method is, to our judgment, to put in relationship with the orientation and the training of the surgeon.
