Abstract: Abstract : Rubella is a mild illness for children and adult. When rubella is contracted during prgnancy, especially during the first trimester, it may result in miscarriage or the development of congenital rubella syndrome (CRS). CRS without effective treatment. Rubella continues to be a concern in public health. Pregnant women should avoid close contract with rubella patient. The rubella vaccine should be routinely recommended in primary care, especially in nonimmuned women of child bearing age. This presentation is a summary about the Rubella prevention program in Macao and the immunization coverage. Also to show the gravidas immunity and vaccination promotion in reproductive women.
