Abstract
Abstract : Surveillance of foodborne diseases is becoming an increasingly high priority in the public health agenda in many countries. Rapid and reliable detection method of the bacterial pathogens in food is acting a very important role. A review of the most concern microbial pathogens in food, including Salmonella. Listeria monocytogenes, an E. coli O157:H7; their detection methods, and current molecular based technology in comparison to traditional standard methods in controlling these infections agents will be discussed.
